Hands & feet with a little christmas :)

The little christmas card was done using scraps of some lovely card a friend sent to me.
I found the 'hands' in a craft pack, covered them paper and attached to a large paper clip, these will be great for little pics.

Aaaagh, busy busy.Pre xmas clearout/cleanup is nearly done, I suppose it will need doing again before the day tho.At least now I can concentrate on my calendar challenges and not feel guilty about the cobwebs. Hopefully have Januarys finished today.Will post pics later.
The cat has been icky for a few days, he's fine apart from the fact he gulps his food down too quickly.Well last night when we were eating, the cat decided to yak again....... all over hubbys slipper (giggle) good job his foot wasn't in it :) Poor puss.

Decoupage cards ......

do I like? well yes I think I do.These are so cute, & I have used silicone glue for the first time ever and very pleased with the way it turned out on my cards.
Pink & fluffy, not usually me but everyone else is knitting so I thought I would give it a go, daughter likes it anyway ;)
Then the calendar challenge, not happy the way this turned out so I will be redoing it.
Busy doing an order today, someone has requested cards & tags, whoopee! I am so pleased to be doing them. Heather xx

Ah I'm glad it's Thursday, only 2 more sleeps until the NEC.

I have made a few cards today, the one with cars on, is for my son's 20th birthday on Sunday.
The poppy card is for a close friend who has been very poorly, but hopefully is on the mend now xx
A cheeky snowman card & a simple tree card (got this idea from crafts beautiful dec issue)
You will have to excuse the mess behind the cards, you know what it's like when crafting, everything has to come out ;)

The nights are drawing in too quickly for me, it's been so dull & dreary today.Hope we have some sunshine tomorrow.

Here's what I made today, 2 simple xmas cards made with dovecraft papers & a simple tree template.

The birthday card, for my daughters partner, Happy Birthday Ed :) made with DCWV papers, Heidi Swapp stamp & peeloffs.

My xmas tree widget seems to be wonky .... oooer will have to fix that, when I know how ;)

It's been a while ....

since I last posted, naughty me :)

I have been busy with these - little ones with daisy punch are for daughters 18th, invites, all 80 of em ;)

The 50th for my friends hubby & the 40th for a friend ;)

Today I am making card sets for Oct's craft fayre, little ones for children and then who knows ?

Hi all, we had a good weekend with children/grandchildren.They are growing soooo fast.

Just finished making this card & tag.A vellum flower with seed beads in the middle, the tag is the same only with four petals instead of six.

I'm rubbish at taking photos, must practice more :)) but you can just about make the cards out.

Linda and I had a lovely day on Wednesday crafting, yes I kid you not we crafted.Well Linda did quite a lot, three lovely mini books.
Not done much cardmaking, I have been playing with my new stamps, but not got round to actually putting a card together yet.
Off to sons tomorrow, so I won't be around.

Good day for crafting :)
I've uploaded some pics of xmas cards & stuff I am hoping to take to craft fayre in Oct.(In the left hand column)
Mostly triple embossed with a stamp image.The other is done using same stamp (all from See d collection). The background paper was done using pearly paints.

The 'It's a boy' plaque, was done with Laura Ashley paper, cut out using Xyron cutter then stuck onto chipboard.

I am trying to figure out how to use blogger, so bare with me please :) I am not very good at techy things xx

Anyway I am Heather, married to Andy with four lovely children and two granchildren xx We live in the NorthWest of England.
I have been crafting properly for about 3yrs now, although most of my life in some way or another.
My favourite craft, is cardmaking, second is scrapbooking.
I belong to an onling group of 30 ladies, we swap birthday/xmas cards and ATC's, I love it.
Looking forward to posting some of my creations on here, although it may not be everyday.
